Man dies after being shot in Richmond's Church Hill

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police were called to the 3000 block of P Street in Church Hill for a shooting around 5:19 p.m. on Sunday.
When police arrived, they found Michael Allen, 41, laying in the grass between two apartment buildings with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and pronounced dead at 5:41 p.m.
