Virginia man charged with marijuana distribution

BRUNSWICK, VA (WWBT) - A Brunswick County man was arrested on suspicion of marijuana distribution.
Anthony "Amp" Lamonte Rainey, 45, of White Plains, was charged with distribution of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Other charges are pending.
Following a two-year investigation, deputies with the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office searched Rainey's home Wednesday and confiscated more than 2 pounds of marijuana, five firearms, multiple ammunition magazines, money, two vehicles and three motorcycles.
Rainey is being held at the Meherrin River Regional Jail without bond.
