Tractor-trailer truck hauling cars overturns on I-295

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - A tractor-trailer truck hauling seven cars overturned on I-295 in Henrico early Saturday.
A Virginia State Police report says the truck overturned just south of Route 60 around 1 a.m.
The driver - Larry Cruz of Miami, Florida - lost control of the truck, ran off the right side of the roadway and into a ditch, state police say.
Cruz, who was not injured, was charged with reckless driving - exceeding the safe speed for road conditions.
