RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Traffic headaches along Forest Hill and Semmes avenues in Richmond may not be going away anytime soon.
A bike lane project was supposed to begin construction on Semmes Avenue between Forest Hill and Cowardin Avenues on Nov. 8, but the project has been pushed back to April 2018.
The project was delayed because crews are still not finished with installing new gas line pipes on Semmes Avenue.
