RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - An equipment accident closed roads near the Virginia State Capitol on Monday morning.
According to the Division of Capitol Police, a bucket truck partially tipped over and leaned against a building for about two hours. Two people were inside the bucket and were suspended about 30 feet in the air.
Crews were hanging a banner when the truck began to tip over.
All roads in the area were reopened around 10:45 a.m. The building did not sustain any damage.
No injuries were reported.
