Chesterfield Fire crews respond to home engulfed in flames

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Chesterfield Fire crews responded to a house Thursday evening to find fire shooting out of the windows.
The call came in around 6:05 p.m. from the 10600 block of Quarterstaff Court. One woman lives at the home, but she was not inside at the time of the fire.
Crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire and get it under control. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
