Chesterfield Sheriff: Man tried to smuggle drugs into jail

A Chesterfield man who was arrested and brought to jail faces more charges after deputies say he tried to smuggle heroin into the jail.
William Young Sr., 33, was taken to jail for two felony drug charges. Authorities say while Young was being processed for those charges, they found two small bags of heroin.
Young is now charged with possession of chemical by prisoner and faces up to five years in prison and a $2,500 fine.
