Richmond Police: Robber arrested after taking man's wallet, pizza

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police say they have arrested one of the men that robbed a victim of his wallet and a slice of pizza.

Police say 28-year-old Roderick Bugg is charged with robbery and use of a firearm in the commission of felony.

Police say three men robbed the victim on Tuesday. One of the suspects walked up to the victim in the 800 block of North 25th Street and pulled out a handgun. The victim put down a pizza box and the suspect took the victim's wallet. A second suspect took the pizza box and grabbed a slice of the pizza. Police say a third suspect was also at the scene.

Police say the initial suspect tried to use a debit card from the victim's wallet at the Ocean Grocery on Venable Street.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
