Massive fire breaks out at vacant building in Petersburg

PETERSBURG, VA (WWBT) - Crews are investigating after a fire broke out at a vacant building in Petersburg early Sunday morning.
It happened in the 600 block of Hinton Street near the Appomattox Regional Governor's School on W. Washington Street. Officials say the building was a single story wood dwelling.
There were no injuries.
Crews are still investigating what caused the fire.
