Missing pregnant 14-year-old found safe

SPOTSYLVANIA, VA (WWBT) - The Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office says an endangered 14-year-old girl who is seven months pregnant and requires medication has been found safe.
Nayeli Marquez ran away around 7 a.m. Sunday in the county's Massaponax area.
She was found in Fairfax County.
