Hull Street Road back open after crash traps person in vehicle

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Hull Street Road is back open after a crash in Chesterfield where one person was trapped in a vehicle.
It happened near Hampton Park at Otterdale and Hull Street Road. Hull Street Road was shut down at one point.
The road was back open in the are by 10 p.m.
A Chesterfield Fire spokesperson confirmed one person was trapped in a vehicle after the crash. Med Flight responded to the scene, and one person is now in the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The collision involved an Acura and a Ford pickup. The driver of the pickup is charged with reckless driving.
