Capitol Police deliver all clear message where suspicious package was found

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The suspicious package at 14th and Main streets in downtown Richmond has been cleared, according to Capitol Police.
Earlier a package was found and Capitol Police asked people to avoid the area.
No other additional information is available.
