Henrico police detain two suspects in connection to robbery

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Henrico police have detained two suspects in connection to a robbery near the Forest Lawn Cemetery.

It happened at 3:37 a.m. on Monday at the intersection of Oronco Ave. and Delmont St.

Police say they found a group of black males going through people's unlocked cars and taking things out of them. Officers were able to locate the group, but they ran off on foot. However, officers were able to detain 18-year-old Trayrell Lamont Tolliver and a juvenile male.

Police have charged Tolliver with possession of burglary tools, possession of stolen property, grand larceny, auto tampering and contributing.

Police have referred the juvenile to intake for auto tampering, obstruction of justice and curfew violation.
