Henrico police look for suspect in connection to September robberies
Henrico police responded to two robberies last month, where the victims gave a similar suspect description.
The first robbery happened in the 1600 block of Mountain Road on Sept. 21 around 9:46 p.m. Police say the "suspect entered the business, approached an employee, displayed a knife and demanded money." The victim gave the suspect money and the suspect left the business. in a black or blue sedan with a chrome trim around the windows. No injuries were reported, according to police.
The suspect is described as a white male, between 5'8" to 5'10", between 160 to 175 pounds and clean shaven. Police say the suspect was wearing a gray hooded jacket with a t-shirt, blue jeans and light gray gloves.
The second robbery happened in the 9800 block of Brook Road on Sept. 22 around 8:56 p.m. Police say "the suspect entered the business and approached two employees with a knife, while demanding money." The victims left the store and called police. No injuries were reported.
Police describe the suspect as a white male, between 5'9" to 5'11", between 175 to 200 pounds with short brown hair. They say the suspect left the scene in a black sedan.
