Body found on grounds of Richmond country club

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A death investigation is underway after a body was found near the Powhite Parkway on Friday afternoon.
Right now few details are available, but the body was found in the water of the Powhite Creek, on the property of the Willow Oaks Country Club, located on Forest Hill Avenue. Richmond Police and Richmond Fire responded to the scene, but investigators are not saying if the person was a victim of foul play at this time.
