State police investigating fatal crash in New Kent County

NEW KENT, VA (WWBT) - Virginia State Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash in New Kent County.
According to police, a vehicle traveling east along Route 60 (near Adkins Road) ran off the road and struck a tree Sunday, around 2:50 p.m. The driver died at the scene.
The driver's information will be released once next of kin has been notified.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
