CAROLINE, VA (WWBT) - All lanes of Interstate 95 north are back open in Caroline after a Greyhound bus fire.

Witnesses say the bus was engulfed in flames. 22 people were on board the bus at the time. Everyone on board made it off safely. Greyhound sent another bus to pick up the passengers. Investigators say the fire was likely due to some sort of tire problem.

All lanes were closed at mile marker 102.8 early Friday, but the lines reopened around 1:15 p.m. A second crash involving multiple vehicles at mile marker 92 in the left lane caused even further delays.
