Richmond City Hall briefly evacuated over false alarm

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond City Hall was briefly evacuated Thursday afternoon after a fire alarm went off, Richmond Police dispatch.
Fire officials say the alarm turned out to be false and employees were able to return to the building after only a few minutes.
