Crews at scene of power pole fire on Beaverbridge Road

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Chesterfield Fire and Dominion Virginia Power crews are on the scene of a pole fire on Beaverbridge Road.
There appears to be no injuries to report as a result of this transformer explosion at this time. Crews were called out Wednesday morning and have been working to figure out exactly what caused this.
We don't know if it is weather related or the stint of any power outages at this time.
