Vehicle fire backs up I-95 North for 11 miles

HANOVER, VA (WWBT) - Northbound traffic on Interstate 95 is backed up for 11 miles, extending from Caroline into Hanover, following a vehicle fire.
The left and center lanes of the interstate are closed near the scene of the fire, at mile marker 100.
Travelers should expect major delays.
