Alexis Murphy abduction suspect heads to Grand Jury in Nelson

NELSON, VA (WWBT) - A Grand Jury in Nelson County will decide if Randy Taylor will be indicted in the abduction of Alexis Murphy.
Randy Taylor says he is not the one to blame. He is leading investigators to a new person of interest in the case.
The grand jurors must decide if there is enough evidence, or probable cause, to bring Taylor to trial. Jurors will only consider the charge, not find guilt or innocence.
Taylor is charged with abduction by force.
The Grand Jury meets in Nelson County at 9 a.m.
