Meteorologist

Megan Wise is an Emmy-award winning meteorologist for NBC12.

Megan is a Pittsburgh native and graduated from Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a BS in meteorology. Before coming to Richmond in November 2015, Megan was at WDEF-TV in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was the weekend evening meteorologist and solo evening anchor and producer. She was also the host of “Megan Wise Goes Outside” where she did everything from caving to hang gliding. Megan started her career as the morning meteorologist and fill-in morning anchor/producer at KTVO-TV in Kirksville, Missouri.

When she’s not at NBC12, Megan can be found golfing, cheering on the Steelers, Pens and Pirates and hanging out with her Labrador retriever, Boss.
