Debris spill causes major delays on northbound I-95 in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - A debris spill caused major delays on northbound I-95 on Monday afternoon near 1st Street and Chamberlayne Avenue.
The incident closed two lanes of traffic at mile marker 77.3 just after 4:30 p.m.
There’s currently no information on what was spilled or if there were any injuries.
