BLUE RIDGE, Va. (WDBJ) - Fire destroyed a house in Botetourt County Wednesday, and one firefighter was taken to a hospital for treatment of a knee injury after falling at the scene.

Shortly before noon June 9, Botetourt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the home on Willow Wood Drive for a domestic dispute. Deputies then saw smoke and flames coming from inside the home, and they called Botetourt Fire-EMS.

No one else was in the home and no other injuries were reported.
