Crews respond to trash truck fire in Wawa parking lot

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Crews responded to a trash truck fire in the parking lot of a Wawa.
At around 9:24 a.m., a truck fire occurred at the Wawa located in the 3100 block of North Arthur Ashe Boulevard.
Heavy fire could be seen coming from the cab of a trash truck, which quickly spread to the hopper.
At 10:54 a.m., the fire was under control.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
