VIRGINIA (WWBT) - In Virginia, some people voted in two special House elections Tuesday.

In the 2nd District - which includes parts of Prince William and Stafford counties - former Delegate Jennifer Carroll Foy resigned to focus on her run for governor.

Democrat Candi King won against Republican Heather Mitchell.

The 90th district seat - which covers parts of Norfolk and Virginia Beach - went to Democrat Angelia Williams Graves.

She defeated Republican Sylvia Bryant.
