CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WWBT) - Police are searching for a man who stole clothing from the H&M inside Southpark Mall in Colonial Heights.
Police say the man went into the store on Christmas Eve and took multiple jackets before leaving without paying. A photo taken on surveillance cameras was released of the man.
