RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - During another very hot day in Richmond, RPD School Resource Officers helped some kids beat the heat in the Fairfield neighborhood.

RPD posted to Facebook saying that some of its SROs opened up a fire hydrant on Monday to help everyone cool off.

The officers even brought some hula hoops for the kids to help with social distancing.
