HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) - Henrico police are investigating a shooting that happened Thursday afternoon.
Police were called around 5:40 p.m. to the area of Richmond-Henrico Turnpike and Lark Drive.
Police on scene did confirm there was a shooting. One man was taken to the hospital for injuries.
The road was closed between Carolina Avenue and Sandpiper Drive for a period of time.
