HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WWBT) - Williamsburg Road near Laburnum Avenue is back open after an oil spill.

Authorities say a cement truck heading down Oakleys Lane spilled wet cement onto the road.

The truck then continued onto Route 60 down to Laburnum Avenue.

Roads were closed off to traffic until cleanup trucks arrived on the scene.
