RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - The Richmond SPCA will be waiving all adoption fees through Sunday.
“Leaping for Love” is a special adoption promotion to celebrate 2020 being a leap year.
All pets will have their adoption fees waived from Feb. 26 through March 1.
Adoption center hours are Wednesday-Friday 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
