CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) - There were no reported injuries after an apartment building was hit by gunfire on Sunday night, police said.

Officers were called to the 5900 block of Stella Road just before midnight for reports of shots fired into a building at the Belmont Hills Apartments. When officers arrived, they found bullets holes in one of the buildings.

No information on a possible suspect was immediately available.
