RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - A man has been charged with attempted murder after a Thanksgiving double shooting.

At approximately 6:26 p.m on Thursday, Nov. 28, Richmond police responded to the 3500 block of Briel Street for reports of two people shot.

When they arrived they found one male shot with life-threatening injuries, and Reginald V. Walker, with non-life-threatening injuries.

During the investigation, detectives determined that Walker fired his weapon and struck the victim.

Walker, 32, has been charged with attempted murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
