(WWBT) - Republican Garrison Coward is taking on incumbent Democrat Dawn Adams for the District 68 House Seat, covering parts of Chesterfield, Richmond and Henrico.
Coward is the chief operating officer of BizCents, a data analytics firm and served as a political advisor to Congressman Rob Wittman.
