HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) - The Henrico County Police Department says a suspicious package found late Friday morning did not pose any threats.

Police officers and sheriff’s deputies saw a suspicious package while serving a paper in the 9700 block of Tartuffe Drive on Friday morning.

On Friday afternoon, police said the package was a metal toolbox with holes drilled into it. It contained toggle switches and a dial.

The incident was isolated to a single home, but Tartuffe Drive, which is just off Gaskins Road, was closed to traffic while public safety officials investigated.

A police official says some residents were evacuated for a short time during the incident.
