Windows shot out of 2 Chesterfield school buses

Buses, businesses hit with BB guns

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) - Two Chesterfield school buses were vandalized and police are looking for the people responsible.

A BB gun was used to shoot out windows on the buses while they were parked in the 13500 block of Waterford Place. Windows of nearby businesses were also damaged by BB guns.

Matt Davies manages the Flying Pig Backyard Grill on Waterford Place says a few weeks ago, he remembers seeing damage to the window of an empty store front - the question now is if it’s connected.

“I don’t think it’s something for everyone to be worried about but it would nice to not have to worry about your windows getting shot out too. Vandalism costs money. It might be fun for you at the second but it sucks for someone else you’ve inflicted it on,” Davies said.

The suspects were seen on surveillance video driving a green four-door sedan.
