Man arrested in Lowe’s shooting that police say began as road rage incident

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - A man suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting July 22 at Lowe’s on Broad Street.

Police responded to the store in the 1600 block of West Broad Street just before 12:30 p.m. for a reported shooting and found the man with gunshot wounds.

Theron T. Mosley, 32, of Richmond, was arrested July 25 by the U.S. Marshals Service and charged with attempted murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Detectives believe the shooting began as a road rage incident on West Broad Street. Police said Mosley followed the victim a few blocks to the store, and a confrontation ensued that ended with the victim being shot.
