Public input wanted on I-95 improvement project
A comment period has been scheduled for I-95 improvements.

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - One of the biggest traffic complaints in the Richmond area is I-95. Now, residents can voice those concerns to VDOT.

Public feedback meetings are scheduled on imprving 95 from Alexandria all the way to the North Carolina border.

Three meetings are scheduled along the I-95 corridor:

  • July 18 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. - South County Middle School, 8700 Laurel Crest Drive, Lorton
  • July 23 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. - James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Avenue, Fredericksburg
  • July 25 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. - Virginia State University Multipurpose Center, 20809 Second Avenue, Petersburg
