3 arrested after meth lab discovered in Northern Neck

WESTMORELAND, Va. (WWBT) - Three people were arrested on drug charges after the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office said it uncovered a meth lab.

Following a four-month investigation, the sheriff’s office said a search warrant was executed July 10 in the 2000 block of Monroe Bay Circle.

Angela D. Hines, 41, of Colonial Beach, Peter W. Jochum, 34, of Montross, and Dustin P. Rector, 34, of Colonial Beach were charged with one count of manufacturing methamphetamine and one count of conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine. All are being held without bond.

The sheriff’s office also said Rector was charged on a capias.

Additional charges are pending the conclusion of the investigation.

The residence where the meth lab was found has been deemed uninhabitable.
