HANOVER, VA (WWBT) - Virginia State Police officials say a truck driver’s death on Wednesday is not suspicious in nature.
State police responded to a parked tractor trailer on the right shoulder of southbound I-95 near Ashland to “investigate an unattended death” at 10:12 a.m.
“The remains were transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy and examination,” Virginia State Police said in a news release. “At this stage of the investigation, the death does not appear to be suspicious in nature.”
