CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Police are searching for a man who used stolen credit cards to make purchases in Richmond.
A man was caught on video stealing wallets from elderly women while they shopped at Chesterfield business on Saturday and Monday.
He then used the women’s credit cards at Richmond stores, including the ABC store.
