All-clear given after gas smell at Oliver Hill building

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Capitol Police and Richmond firefighters gave the all clear at 2:26 p.m. after a “suspicious situation" Tuesday afternoon at the Oliver Hill Building on Capitol Square.
Crews said there was a smell of natural gas at the building at 102 Governor St. and had asked visitors to avoid the area.
