Richmond, VA (NBC 12) - Topping tonight's critical list, Bistro 64 (4240 Dominion Boulevard) in Glen Allen with five critical violations. An inspector found butter and Swiss cheese holding at room temperature.
Moving on to Chesterfield, Saigon River (11001 Midlothian Turnpike) with five critical. A food employee failed to wash potentially contaminated hands.
Iron Chef (3452 Anderson Highway) in Powhatan also makes tonight's list with four critical violations. Among them, raw food items found stored directly over non-raw items.
Next, Nikkie's Korner Kitchen (7812 Boydton Plank Road) in Petersburg with six critical, including food employees observed working with soiled hands and arms.
And finally tonight, in Emporia, Southern Virginia Regional Medical Center (727 North Main Street) with four critical violations. An inspector found veal and potatoes holding at improper temperatures.
Now for the good news, tonight's Hall of Fame Award goes to The Metro Grill (301 North Robinson Street) in Richmond for a perfect inspection December 10th.
