The key to killing your appetite may be a nice, long workout.
A group of English Researchers say sixty minutes on the treadmill or ninety minutes lifting weights can help alter key appetite hormones. Those hormones are used by the body to regulate hunger.
Researchers found hormones were suppressed in the appetites of treadmill runners.
For weight lifters, the hormones that make you hungry also went down, but the hormones that make you feel full did not change. So participants reported feeling more hungry after pumping iron.
