Topping tonight's critical list, Chan's Asian Bistro (7060 Commons Plaza) in Chesterfield

on their finger, and noted that no hand-washing took place among employees during the
inspection.

Moving on to Richmond, Fountain Side (2100 West Laburnum Avenue) with 4 critical,
including chicken salad, chili & brunswick stew held past the "consume by" dates.

Also in the city, Su Casa (4013 West Broad) with 4 critical violations.  Among them, raw chicken and beef stored over fresh produce and tortilla shells.

And finally tonight, in Henrico, KFC (4821 Williamsburg Road) with 4 critical.  An inspector observed kitchen employees fail to wash their hands before putting on gloves and in between tasks.

And now for the good news, this week's hall of fame award goes to Popeye's
Chicken & Biscuits (2318 East Laburnum Avenue) in Henrico for a perfect inspection November 3rd.  And it's worth noting - this location was recently named one of the 10 best Popeye's restaurants in the entire country!
