Fredericksburg police offer reward to catch assailant

Fredericksburg Police are stepping up efforts to find a man who attacked a woman on the University of Mary Washington campus last week.

They're now offering a $1000 reward for information that could lead to an arrest.

This is a sketch of the suspect.

Police say he tried to tie her hands after pushing her into the bushes, but she managed to get away.

He did too, in a black mid-sized suv.

If you think you know anything that can help police call (540) 373-3122.
