Restaurants change delivery hours in response to Fredericksburg homicide

Food delivery businesses are making changes after the abduction and murder of a deliveryman.

Some have stopped late-night deliveries, limited delivery areas and told drivers not to carry more than $20 in cash.

Others are talking about having deliverymen carry pepper spray for protection.

24-year-old Yong Hui Zhang went missing while making deliveries for his parent's restaurant last week.

His body was found in Sussex County days later.

Authorities say crimes against food deliverers aren't widespread.
