Thief hit CVS store twice in same day

The Henrico Police need you help in identifying two armed robbery suspects.

On July 12, 2008 at approximately 2:00 a.m. a male entered the CVS Pharmacy located in the 5000 block of W. Broad St., near the Willow Lawn Shopping Center.

The man jumped over the counter and assaulted the clerk.

He threatened to stab her with a knife if she did not open the register.

The suspect took money and fled on foot toward the rear of the business.

Five hours later, the same suspect entered the store again accompanied buy a second man.

The first man jumped over the counter and assaulted the same clerk, this time cutting her with a small pocket knife.

He demanded money from the register.

After taking money, both men ran from the business and were seen getting into a late model grey SUV with tinted windows.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 35-45 years old, 5'9"-5'10", 165-175 pounds, short black hair, dark complexion, thin mustache, average build, average voice and appearance.

He wore a faded yellow polo shirt, black or blue pants, black ball cap, and tan boots.

He brandished a small folding knife with a black handle.

The second suspect was described as a black male, approx. 45 years old, 5'7", 145-150 pounds, curly black hair, scruffy beard, dark complexion, thin build, dirty appearance.

He wore red shorts, a red t-shirt, black ball cap and black tennis shoes.
