Police have now released the name of one of the suspects in a deadly stabbing in Henrico.
David Allen Nelson, Junior, 18, is charged with malicious wounding. A 15-year-old is also in custody but, police are not releasing his identity.
A 27-year-old man was reportedly killed in the incident around noon Monday.
It happened in eastern Henrico at the Pony Farms apartments on Queens Thorpe Court.
To hear police tell it, it started as a fight between five men in one of the apartments and then spilled out into the parking lot.
When police arrived they found one man dead from stab wounds, another suffering life-threatening injuries and a third victim received only minor injuries.
Neighbors say its becoming a rough place to raise their kids.
The surviving victim was rushed to VCU Medical Center with life threatening injuries.
No charges have been filed against the juvenile suspect. A long list of charges are pending against both suspects, including the possibility of first degree murder.
