Crews are still working to restore power in King William County after some severe weather over the weekend.
The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado blew through the area Saturday evening. The twister knocked down power lines and uprooted trees.
Residents could see the funnel cloud forming. Emergency Services director Steve Pucket says, "We had several citizens call and confirm that they saw a funnel cloud and saw the tornado coming through."
Resident Chris Ingram says, "It was pretty horrific. It really was a lot of hail, and the wind was probably 80, 90 miles an hour."
Steve Starke, who lives in the area, says he has "never seen anything like that before in my time and I hope I never do again."
No injuries were reported in the storm.
